CUSTOMISATION IS SIMPLE
Moulds can be customised to your design – this means that parts of a mould can be added or removed to produce slightly different sized or shaped units (master mould concept).
LOW MAINTENANCE COSTS
In exposed locations, other structures will need regular painting to protect against weather damage and enhance their authentic appearance. Not pre-cast. This advantage is particularly relevant for structures that cannot be easily accessed.
ROT PROOF
Pre-cast is dense, tough and simply will not fall prey to these common enemies of organic materials. Specifying precast concrete means having confidence that a structure won’t rot away.
